Return & Exchange Policy

No Returns – Returns are not accepted, as complete assistance and product details are provided prior to purchase. Returns will only be considered in the rare event that an incorrect item is dispatched. Every product is thoroughly quality-checked and approved before shipping.

Condition for Accepted Returns – If a return is approved (in case of incorrect dispatch), the product must be in its original, unused condition, accompanied by the original bill and tags intact. The item must be shipped back via a reliable courier service. The customer is responsible for the product until it reaches us.

No Exchanges – Exchanges are not accepted under any circumstances, including perceived color variations. Please note, product colors may appear slightly different due to monitor/device settings or lighting conditions. We aim to match colors as closely as possible and can provide daylight images upon request before purchase.
